- You agree that all uses of our products on a website or through any other electronic medium must be approved by notes to self, llc. We reserve the right to deny selling our
product to your company if the website or any other electronic medium does not conform to our standards.
- We prohibit the use of our images, graphics or registered trademarks for promotional purposes without express written consent, with the exception of sharing via social media
or posting images you take on social media.
- We strictly enforce our current MAP pricing. Our current MAP price will always be displayed on our order forms, which is currently the same as MSRP. MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP):
The minimum price at which notes to self® products can be sold regardless of retailer’s distribution chain. MANUFACTURERS SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP): The retail price suggested for
notes to self® products sold to consumers regardless of distribution chain.
- We prohibit our domestic customers from selling outside the U.S.A. without prior written consent.
- We do not sell our products to any customers if they are or plan to be a Third-Party (3P) Reseller on any Ecommerce platform. Notes to self® resellers must only take orders via publicly accessible Ecommerce enabled web pages hosted on approved websites owned and operated by the retail/wholesale customer. Selling on 3rd party sites (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), dropship accounts (Rakuten.com, Newegg.com, Overstock.com, etc.),
classified sites (Craigslist.com, etc.) or direct messages on forums is strictly prohibited.
THE TERMS OF SALE (TERMS) BETWEEN NOTES TO SELF, INC. (“NTS”), THE MANUFACTURER OF NOTES TO SELF® PRODUCTS AND YOU AS EITHER AN INCORPORATED ENTITY, LLC, SOLE PROPRIETOR OR DBA (“RESELLER”), GOVERN HOW
YOU SELL NOTES TO SELF® PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS. BY PURCHASING ANY NOTES TO SELF® PRODUCTS FROM NTS, RESELLER AGREES THAT IT WILL NOT SELL ANY NOTES TO SELF® PRODUCTS ON ANY
ONLINE THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. FAILURE TO ACCEPT ANY OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN NTS NO LONGER SELLING TO RESELLER AND RESELLER NO LONGER BEING PERMITTED TO PURCHASE AND/OR SELL ANY NOTES TO SELF® PRODUCTS.
